Further consultation on proposed devlopment of 170 houses

Due to additional information and revised plans being submitted by the applicant, Mid Devon District Council is undertaking further consultation on the proposed development of 170 houses just outside Willand off the B3181 past the Halfway House, in Halberton Parish. Willand Parish Council will be discussing the application at its meeting on the 14th May, which is open to the public.
